Workforce Bathrooms was born from Workforce Builders. After retiring from Northamptonshire Police, Paula wanted to open a sister company to her husband Jasons Building firm. The idea soon took off resulting in the companys merging and the family business now concentrates fully on Bathrooms and En Suites. The family business owes its success to the attention to detail and the great customer liaison. Paula remains in the office and coordinates all of the design and Purchasing whilst Jason personally project manages each job.

Adam offers a wealth of experience to the team having previously run his own Bathroom fitting company.
